Bruce Bosman, Everett Police Department, stated the police <br /> department is aware and is working to stay on top of the situation. <br /> Council Member Gipson requested the proposed ordinance included in <br /> agenda item number 7, relating to regulating public rights of way, be <br /> amended to expand the prohibited area to city-wide and asked the City <br /> Attorney to draft new language. Council Member Moore concurred for the <br /> sake of discussion. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested two separate executive sessions.
