(7) CB 1611-53 -2nd Reading —Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing the basic salary schedule for employees of the City of Everett for 2017. (3rd and final reading on 12-14-16) CONSENT ITEMS: (8) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,331,951.59 for the period of November 19, 2016 through November 23, 2016. ACTION ITEMS: (9) Adopt Resolution declaring the City of Everett to be an inviting, equitable and safe community for everyone who lives in, works in and visits Everett. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign the collective bargaining agreement with Everett Firefighters Local Number 46 for January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017. (11) Adopt Resolution waiving public bidding requirements and approving a sole source purchase of Support and Maintenance for Cayenta Financials Software from N. Harris Computer Corporation in the amount of $113,263.24 including Washington State sales tax. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Waste Management Healthcare Solutions of Washington Customer Service Agreement for medical waste pickup in the approximate annual amount of $600. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement for Transit Education and Field Trip Program with the Imagine Children's Museum in the amount of $24,000 annually, not to exceed $120,000.
