Minimum Requirement#8: Wetlands Protection <br /> Projects that discharge stonniwater into a wetland, either directly or indirectly <br /> through a conveyance system, shall do so in accordance with the City of <br /> Everett Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> I. Minimum Requirement#9: Operation and Maintenance <br /> A Maintenance Plan is required for all stormwater facilities and BMPSs <br /> designed and constructed in accordance with this ordinance. The Maintenance <br /> Plan shall be developed in accordance with the City of Everett Stormwater <br /> Management Manual. <br /> (5) ADJUSTMENTS <br /> Adjustments to the Minimum Requirements may be granted by the City provided the <br /> applicant prepares and the City approves a written fording of fact that addresses the <br /> following: <br /> A. The adjustment provided substantially equivalent environmental protection. <br /> B. Based on sound Engineering practices, the objectives of safety, function, <br /> environmental protection and facility maintenance, are met. <br /> (6) EXEMPTIONS <br /> 2 221 <br />
