(b) The exception is the least possible exception that could be <br /> granted to comply with the intent of the Minimum <br /> Requirements. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> (1) NEW DEVELOPMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT APPLICABILITY <br /> A. All new development and redevelopment shall be required to comply with <br /> Minimum Requirements#2. <br /> B. The following new development and redevelopment shall comply with <br /> Minimum Requirements #1 through #5 for the new and replaced <br /> hardimpervious surfaces and the land disturbed: <br /> (a) Creates or addsResults in 2,000 square feet, or greater,of new, <br /> replaced, or total of new plus replaced impervious hard surface <br /> area, or <br /> (b) Has land disturbing activity of 7,000 square feet or greater. <br /> C.
