I <br /> The following projects require BMP selection, design, and-construction, and <br /> maintenance of stormwater treatment facilities in accordance with the City's <br /> Stormwater Management Manual: <br /> (a) Projects, in which the total of effective, new and/or replaced <br /> pollution-generating hardimpervious surface (PGI-IS) is 5,000 <br /> square feet or more in a threshold discharge area of the project, <br /> or <br /> (b) Projects in which the total of new pollution-generating <br /> pervious surfaces (PGPS)_ not including permeable pavement <br /> three-fourths (3/4) of an acre or more in a threshold <br /> discharge area, and from which there will bethere is a surface <br /> discharge in a natural or man-made conveyance system from <br /> the site. <br /> That portion of any development project in which the above PGIS or <br /> PGPS thresholds arc not exceeded in a threshold discharge ar shall have <br /> onsite stormwater management BMPs in accordance with Minimum <br /> Requirement#5. <br /> G. Minimum Requirement#7: Flow Control <br /> The following projects that discharge stormwater directly or indirectly <br /> through a conveyance system into a fresh water requirebody require selection, <br /> design, construction, and maintenance of flow control facilities angor land <br /> use management BMPs of flow control BMPs in accordance with the City of <br /> Everett's Stormwater Management Manual. <br /> (a) Projects in which the total of effective impervious surfaces is <br /> 5,000 square feet or more in a threshold discharge area or <br /> (b) Projects that convert three-fourths of an acre or more of native <br /> vegetation to lawn or landscape, or convert 2.5 acres or more <br /> of native vegetation to pasture in a threshold discharge area, <br /> and from which there is a surface discharge in a natural or <br /> man-made conveyance system from the site, or <br />
