City staff is providing construction inspection for the project.However,additional construction management services are needed to supplement oversight of the construction in accordance with requirements of the project's federal funding. Additional funds are included to provide construction engineering support from the Engineer-of-Record. RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign Supplemental Agreement No. 3 of the Local Agency Standard Consultant Agreement with KPFF Consulting Engineers for the Grand Avenue Park Bridge construction management services in an amount not to exceed$1,390,791.35. 13
