The property was subsequently annexed to the City of Everett. Pursuant to an <br />interlocal agreement between the City of Everett and County, the City continued processing the application after <br />annexation occurred through the final design and construction phases of the project. All conditions of preliminary <br />approval have been met. This project is a Planned Residential Development reviewed under Title 18 of the <br />Snohomish County Code. <br />A copy of the interlocal agreement is available for review at the Planning/Community Development Department. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Grant Final PRD/Plat Approval for Loganberry <br />Estates Division 1. <br />
