AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> City of Everett, WASHINGTON <br /> And <br /> Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. <br /> Valve House No. 1 Replacement Project <br /> THIS AMENDMENT No. 1, made and entered into on this day of , 2003, revises the <br /> January 25`h, 2001 AGREEMENT between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under <br /> the laws of the State of Washington, and Montgomery Watson Americas, Inc. <br /> The January 25, 2001 Agreement is revised as follows: <br /> Item 3.
