Therefore the quantities listed in our cost estimate should be considered <br /> approximate. If provided with a construction schedule these costs can be further refined and quantified. Based on <br /> the scope of work described in this proposal, Krazan and Associates' proposes a project budget of$5,020.00 for <br /> testing and inspection services. This amount does not include any amount for items listed in the assumptions. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS <br /> 1. Anticipated quantities presented above are based strictly upon regular,non-overtime hours. Overtime charges <br /> will be billed in excess of the estimated amount. Overtime charges are defined in 1) of the attached General <br /> Conditions. <br /> 2. Additional services requested outside of our stated scope of work will be billed in excess of the estimated <br /> amount at our current rates. A price list for these services will be provided upon request. <br /> 3. Anticipated quantities are based upon a four-hour minimum,portal-to-portal charge. <br /> 4. This offer terminates ninety calendar days from the dated of issue, unless otherwise stated and agreed. <br /> 5. Inspections which are canceled with less than twenty-four(24)hours notice, or after an inspector has been <br /> dispatched to the project site,will be charged the minimum fee associated with the type of inspection or <br /> testing requested. <br /> 6. All concrete samples will be cast in 4x8 molds unless otherwise agreed. <br /> 7. Contractor will provide all cure boxes for Krazan &Associates Inc. use. <br /> 8.
