Gold <br /> Bar and Everett or any duly authorized representative thereof shall have <br /> access to any books, documents, or papers and records of the other which are <br /> directly related to this agreement for the purposed of audit examinations, <br /> excerpts or transcripts. <br /> D. EFECTIVE DATE, DURATION AND TERMINATION <br /> This agreement shall be effective upon execution by all parties and shall remain <br /> effective until terminated by one of the parties. Both Gold Bar and Everett shall <br /> have the right to terminate this agreement,with or without cause, upon sixty (60) <br /> days notice, in writing, to the other party. <br /> E. COMPLETE AGREEMENT <br /> This agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any <br /> other agreement,whether written, oral or otherwise, shall be null and void. <br /> F. NO SPECIAL DUTY CREATED <br /> It is expressly the purpose of this agreement to provide for and promote the <br /> health, safety, and welfare of the general public, and not to create or otherwise <br /> establish or designate any particular class or group of persons who will or should <br /> be especially protected or benefited, by the terms of this agreement. <br /> G.
