8.2 Either party may terminate this agreement effective 30 days after giving <br /> written notice for any reason other than as stated in paragraph 8.1 above. In the event of <br /> such termination, the County shall pay the City in accord with the compensation schedule <br /> set forth in Section 3 above for all costs incurred by the City in performing this <br /> agreement. <br /> 8.3 This agreement is contingent upon governmental funding and local legislative <br /> appropriations. In the event funding from any source is withdrawn, reduced, limited, or <br /> not appropriated after the effective date of this agreement and prior to normal completion, <br /> the County or City may terminate this agreement immediately upon notice to the other. <br /> 8.4 Notwithstanding the above, neither the County nor the City shall be relieved <br /> of any liability for damages sustained by virtue of any breach of this Agreement. <br /> 9.
