The <br /> inspection noted conditions existing on the property that are in violation of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code (EMC). <br /> I. Description of Violation <br /> The following conditions constitute a nuisance under EMC 8.20.020: <br /> (A) Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvage materials or other similar <br /> materials located in the rear yard; <br /> 1. There is trash and debris located on the west side of the property. <br /> EMC 8.20.020 (B) Refrigerator in the front yard, side yard,rear yard or vacant lot, <br /> which constitutes an attractive nuisance dangerous to children <br /> 2. A old refrigerator with a locking door is located in public view at the west side of <br /> the property. <br /> (C) Broken or discarded furniture,household equipment or furnishings in the front <br /> yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> 3.
