Two separate Agreements are needed due to Internal Revenue Service restrictions <br /> regarding the Debt Service at American Legion Memorial Golf Course. This request is for City Council to authorize <br /> the Mayor to sign the Management Agreement with Billy Casper Golf Management,Inc.
