evidence of qualified self-insurance) before any work is commenced under this <br /> Agreement <br /> B. Commercial General Liability Insurance on an occurrence basis in an amount no <br /> less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and at least $2,000,000 in the annual <br /> aggregate, including but not limited to facilities and operations (including off-site <br /> operations), blanket contractual liability, broad form property damage, and liquor <br /> liability. This policy will apply on a primary basis. BCG's Commercial General <br /> Liability Insurance policy shall name the City of Everett, its officers, employees <br /> and agents as Additional Insured's with respect to the operations performed under <br /> this Agreement. Prior to any work being performed under this Agreement, BCG <br /> shall provide the City with a Certificate of Insurance acceptable to the City <br /> Attorney. Receipt by the City of any certificate showing less coverage than <br /> required is not a waiver of BCG's obligation to fulfill the requirements. <br /> C. Business Automobile Liability Insurance in an amount no less than $1,000,000 <br /> per occurrence, extending to any automobile. A statement certifying that no <br /> vehicle will be used in accomplishing this Agreement may be substituted for the <br /> insurance requirement. <br /> D. Fidelity Insurance for$100,000 covering all employees and officers having access <br /> to moneys collected. All employees of BCG who have access to or are responsible <br /> for the funds generated under this Agreement shall be bonded by a fidelity bond. <br /> BCG shall be responsible for any losses attributable to its officers and employees <br /> that are not covered by insurance and/or fidelity bonds <br /> E. Property Insurance in the amount sufficient to cover contents of Facility. <br /> No cancellation provision of any insurance policy shall be construed in derogation of the <br /> continuous duty of BCG to furnish the required insurance during the term of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> Upon written request by the City, the insurer or his/her agent will furnish, prior to or <br /> during any work being performed under this Agreement, a copy of any policy cited <br /> above, certified to be a true and complete copy of the original. <br /> BCG's Commercial General Liability Insurance policy shall name the City of Everett, its <br /> officers, employees and agents as Additional Insureds with respect to the operations <br /> performed under this Agreement. Prior to any work being performed under this <br /> Agreement, BCG shall provide the City with a Certificate of Insurance acceptable to the <br /> City Attorney.
