Sound Transit has agreed to provide the local match, up to $88,401 to leverage the City of <br /> Everett's contribution in federal grants. The attached Memorandum of Agreement(MOA) is for the first <br /> phase of this project. The City's Transportation Services Department has identified $353,606 in grants to be <br /> matched by$88,402 from Sound Transit for a total of$442,008 toward this project. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Agreement for Intergovernmental <br /> Cooperation Between the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority and City of Everett for Design of <br /> the North Everett Transit Center. <br /> rlh/040903 Councilagendaitem/TS - v <br />
