P. Time. If the last day for performance of any of the provisions of this Agreement, <br /> during a stated period of days, shall fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday <br /> observed by either party, the final day for performance shall be the following <br /> weekday on which both parties would normally be open for the conduct of <br /> business. <br /> Q. Authority. Each party hereby represents to the other party that it has the right, <br /> power, authority, and financial ability to enter into this Agreement and to perform <br /> its obligations under this Agreement, and that it is not restricted by agreement or <br /> otherwise from entering into and performing this Agreement. <br /> R. Public Disclosure Act. BCG shall cooperate with the City as it relates to the <br /> City's obligations under the Public Disclosure Act (Chapter 42.17 RCW). <br /> S. Survivability.
