WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 2003 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: April 9, 2003 -- <br /> Mayor's Comments —Mayors Youth Achievement Awards <br /> Council <br /> City Attorney <br /> Citizen Comments <br /> CONSENT ITEMS (to be adopted by a single motion) <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution # authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $1,125,992.59 for the period March 29, 2003 through April 4, 2003 <br /> (2) To approve a rolling street closure from the Everett Memorial Stadium to 10th <br /> Street and back to the stadium for a 10K Run sponsored by the Rotary Club on <br /> June 8, 2003, 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with the conditions that their be two <br /> flaggers at each major intersections (one Certified), one flagger at each minor <br /> intersection, and that all runners stay to the right of the road <br /> ACTION ITEMS (to be considered individually) <br /> (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Cooperative Purchasing Agreement <br /> with City of Pullman <br /> (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment to the May 4, 1983 Sewer Agreement <br /> with Mukilteo Water and Sewer District, reducing Mukilteo's capacity rights at the <br /> Waste Pollution Control Facility and Authorizing Public Works to buy back that <br /> capacity in the amount of $653,070.00 <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Perteet <br /> Engineering, Inc. for Phase I-Alternative Analysis & Preliminary Engineering <br /> Services for the East Marine View Drive Project (N.
