The District wishes to <br /> sell and Utilities wishes to purchase this excess capacity. This amendment to the original <br /> sewer agreement reduces Mukilteo's capacity rights at the Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> and authorizes reimbursement for the buy-back of that capacity. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign an Amendment to the May 4, 1983 Sewer Agreement with <br /> Mukilteo Water and Sewer District, reducing Mukilteo's capacity rights at the Waste <br /> Pollution Control Facility and Authorizing Public Works to buy back that capacity in the <br /> amount of$ 653,070. <br />
