This agreement for Phase I includes professional services to provide alternative analysis, community involvement, and preliminary engineering for the East Marine View Drive project. This phase of work will include considerable public contact including a Charrette workshop. The primary goal of this phase of work will be to develop a preferred configuration alternative for the project. Federal funds will be used in the planning,design, and construction of this project. RECOMMENDATION: (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to execute a professional services agreement with Perteet Engineering,Inc. for Phase I — Alternative Analysis &Preliminary Engineering Services for the East Marine View Drive Project (N.
