(2) Adopt Resolution establishing written guidelines for the delegation of signing of certifications required by federal, state and other governmental agencies. CONSENT ITEMS: (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $843,826.75 for the period of December 17, 2016 through December 23, 2016. ACTION ITEMS: (4) Nomination of Council President for the Year 2017. (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the Lease Agreement with NMV Everett, LLC for space at 2722 Colby Avenue for the Police Evidence Room in the annual amount of $124,200.
