Our services included providing onsite <br />observations and testing on a part-time from December 2, 2015 to January 4, 2016. Our <br />representatives made four site visits to observe and test the buiiding foundation subgrade, and <br />structural fill. <br />�ur representative observed building faundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for suppart <br />of the proposed structure. <br />Our representative conducied five field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test <br />Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). �ne representative soil sample was returned to <br />our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in <br />accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor).
