Our services included providing onsite
observations and testing on a part-iime from January 14 to February 17, 2015. Our
representatives made three site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building
slab backfill.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitable for support
of the proposed structure.
Our representative conducted four field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test
Designatian D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Method). One representative soil sample was returned to
our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicaie adequate
compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill.
Based on our observations and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in
accordance with the project plans and our geotechnical recommendations.
i;;OS - 73th Plac:e :'.E., Suite 21T1 [3ellvue, VVA it;0;_i5 •;,25} 44y-'+?04 PAX (42>i d49-4717
;:
