Monte <br /> LeMieux received a CHIP loan in 1994 for $32,993.00. There are two documents which need signing. First, <br /> there is the short plat subdivision document creating two lots. The second document is the quit claim deed <br /> (attached)which is for a very minor boundary line adjustment related to a meandering fence location. The quit <br /> claim deed is to satisfy the adjacent party owner desires, who shares a property line with the property to be <br /> subdivided. The CHIP loan will remain a lien on both properties until the loan is paid off. <br /> RECOMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign documents related to <br /> the short plat subdivision for Monte LeMieux's property. <br /> i0 <br />
