Capital Funds Additional Amount Requested: $465,000 (Ordinance Pending, CIP3) SUMMARY STATEMENT: The Forest Park Administration Building Remodel provides additional space for upgraded telephone switchgear and modest improvements to Everett TV facilities. The project will also provide improvements to building access in compliance with ADA accessibility requirements. Office and restroom improvements will be made and interior stairs will be constructed between floors. The deteriorated roof and gutters will be replaced and improvements will be made to the HVAC and electrical systems. Various energy conservation measures will be implemented. Preceding authorization funded design only.
