The heat and moisture buildup in these areas contributes to the degradation of the timber <br /> roof structure. The Parks and Recreation Department operates and maintains complex mechanical systems at <br /> the Swim Center. "On-call" services are periodically needed for design of minor modifications or repairs to <br /> the system. The Rice Group has extensive experience with the Swim Center's unique mechanical systems. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Rice Group, Inc for mechanical <br /> engineering, construction administration and "on-call" services related to projects at the Forest Park Swim <br /> Center in the amount of$27,855.00. <br /> 22 <br />
