Currently <br /> there are four Everett properties which are in a location difficult for Everett to provide sewer service. <br /> Olympus Terrace Sewer District can provide service to these properties. These property owners (Osgood, <br /> Alvensleben, Decker & Williams - LLC) desire to be serviced by the District and the District is willing to <br /> provide the service.
