is Section 5. Parking Requirements. Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended, (Title 19 EMC) is hereby amended by the addition of the requirement for opiate substitution treatment facilities to provide off-street parking consistent with the requirements of EMC 19.34 at the rate of one space per 200 square feet of gross floor area. If located in a shopping center, parking shall be provided consistent with the parking standards of EMC 19.34 for a shopping center. If located in a hospital, parking shall be provided consistent with the requirements for the hospital. Section 6. Moratorium Repealed. The moratorium established by Ordinance No. 2678-03 is repealed upon the effective date of this ordinance. Section 7. Savings. The enactment of this ordinance shall not affect any case,proceeding, appeal or other matter currently pending in any court or before the City or in any way modify any obligation, right or liability, civil or criminal, which may exist by virtue of any of the ordinances herein amended. Section 8. Severability. If any section, paragraph, clause or phrase of this Ordinance, should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality thereof shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this ordinance. Section 9. Corrections. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener's/clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers and any references thereto.
