The WDC desires to lease approximately 1,900 sq. ft. on the third floor of Everett Station. The <br /> lease is for five years with an option for one five-year extension. Terms include initial rent at $23 sq. ft. <br /> annually for a first year total of$ 43,700,plus additional rent for utilities and common area services. Rent <br /> and additional rent will be adjusted annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and actual use of <br /> utilities and common area services. WDC will begin paying rent upon completion of the tenant <br /> improvements and issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
