Our servics included providing onsite
observations and testing on a part-time from January 14 to February 17, 2015. Our
representatives made three site visits to observe building foundation subgrade and test building
slab backfill.
Our representative observed building foundation subgrade to be dense and suitab(e for suppor
of the propased structure.
Our representative conducted four field density tests in accordance with ASTM Test
Designation D2922 (Nuclear Gauge Methoci). One representative soil sample was returned to
our laboratory for analysis of the maximum dry density and optimum moisture content in
accordance with ASTM D1557-02 (Modified Proctor). Density test results indicate adequate
compaction of at least 95 percent at the tested locations of the building slab backfill.
Based on our observatians and testing, the earthwork construction was accomplished in
accordance with the project plans and aur geofechnical recommendations.
1805 - 7i(ith Plic<:.
