CANOPY EXTENSION AND PUMP ISLAND ADDITION COSTS <br />New Canopv Replacement <br />Cost to extend existing canopy 23' for two new fueling islands. <br />$35,000 <br />Storm / Waste Water Containment System <br />Per State Best Management Practices install collection system for under canopy fiiel island storm <br />and waste water including catch basins, oil/water separator, and piping as required. <br />$10,000 <br />Install Under Dispenser Containment <br />Purpose: The installation of the under dispenser containment boxes will catch any possible leak <br />or material resulting from a filter change. Currently under the dispensers it is open to the backfill. <br />The UDC is connected to the overall monitoring system so that it alarms if there is liquid in the <br />containment boxes. <br />$2,500 <br />Line replacement <br />Purpose: If there is a leak in the lines it will be monitored and contained. Currently if there is a <br />leak in the lines the spill will go directly into the ground. <br />$25,000 <br />Dispenser Additiont <br />Purpose: Add two new fuel dispensing units to match existing. <br />$15,000 <br />General Construction Costs <br />General site improvements associated with the project and costs to perform all associated services <br />related to the construction and installation of the new equipment. <br />$20,000 <br />Total Site Improvement Costs <br />General site improvements associated with the project and costs to perform all associated services <br />related to the construction and installation of the new equipment. <br />$107,500 <br />�{ r' <br />Canopy extension costs.doc <br />
