These comments address building issues only. <br />Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other departments (such as <br />Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2003 International <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State <br />Energy Code, 2001 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be <br />necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of <br />drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Everett has a 25 psf, non-reducible, snow load requirement.
