January 4, 2017 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> NOMINATION — COUNCIL PRESIDENT FOR THE YEAR 2017 <br /> Moved by Council Member Franklin, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to nominate Council Member Tuohy as Council President <br /> for the year 2017. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> President-elect Tuohy thanked colleagues for the opportunity to serve as <br /> the 2017 Council President. She also announced the appointment of <br /> Council Member Franklin as the 2017 Council Vice President. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher commented that this was a historic moment <br /> for the Council with female representation as President and Vice President <br /> for 2017. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — LEASE FOR POLICE EVIDENCE ROOM <br /> SPACE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 4 to the Lease <br /> Agreement with NMV Everett, LLC for space at 2722 Colby Avenue <br /> for the Police Evidence Room in the annual amount of$124,200. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 6 <br />
