(1) CB 1701-01 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance establishing rates for Everett sewer service and surface water management, rates for water and filtration for inside and outside City customers, rates for wholesale master meters, and repealing Ordinance Nos. 3417-14 (EMC 14.04.020) and 3299-12 (EMC 14.16.710-13). (3rd and final reading and public hearing on 1-25-17). CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. _ authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,164,643.53 for the period of December 24, 2016 through December 30, 2016. (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,941,151.24 for the period ending December 24, 2016. ACTION ITEMS: (4) Adopt Resolution establishing written guidelines for the delegation of signing of certifications required by federal, state and other governmental agencies. (5) Approve the Lawsuit Settlement of M. Casey and K. Williams v. City of Everett, Cause No. 15-2-05678-4, in the amount of $25,000. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with the Gordian Group, Inc. for assistance in developing and managing a Job Order Contracting program at an estimated annual cost of $150,000.
