Attachment A <br /> Scope of Services <br /> The Service Provider shall gather information regarding decisions and actions affecting <br /> Naval Station Everett from various sources, including but not limited to the Department <br /> of Defense (DOD), Department of the Navy, Department of Homeland Security (U.S. <br /> Coast Guard), Department of Commerce (National Oceanic and Atmospheric <br /> Administration), Members of Congress and their staffs, defense-related publications and <br /> periodicals not generally available to the public, news organizations and other appropriate <br /> sources. <br /> The Service Provider shall provide at least monthly updates regarding Naval Station <br /> Everett, assigned ships and tenant commands with more frequent updates as events and <br /> circumstances warrant, or as requested by the City. <br /> The Service Provider will advise the City on matters related to the Department of <br /> Defense, Department of the Navy and Naval Station Everett as appropriate. <br /> The Service Provider will assist in arranging meetings, facilitating contacts with <br /> DOD/DON officials and advise the City regarding the most effective approach <br /> concerning contacts with the DOD, DON, DHS, DOC regarding Naval Station Everett <br /> missions, assigned ships,tenant commands, and joint use. <br /> The Service Provider shall be responsible for any disclosure requirements under federal, <br /> state or local laws. <br />
