This <br />report presents the results of our field exploration, selective laboratory tests, and engineering <br />analyses. The purpose and scope of our study was outlined in our February 6, 1998 proposal. <br />Based on the results of our study, it is our opinion the site can be developed generafly as <br />planned. Support for the proposed building can be provided using conventional spread and <br />con#inuous footing foundation systems bearing on competent native soil or on structural fill <br />used to modify site grades.
