P DF <br />Hi Marty, <br />Here is the permit letter that you need to submit with the plans. One of the things that <br />was mentioned in the correction letter was that you needed to include the wood stove in <br />the permit application. I assume that is only something you check off on the permit <br />application, since it is shown on the plans as existing and you are not touching it. <br />Also, I realized today that the Hobby room was converted to a bedroom, so the smoke <br />detector and carbon monoxide detectors are not drawn for that room. There needs to <br />be a smoke detector shown in the room, and a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway <br />near the bedroom. What frequently happens, the plan checker usually just hand draws <br />those on the plans himself and saves everyone the time and hassle. You can also draw <br />the circles yourself in pen and label the detectors and turn the plans in and explain to <br />him that these got forgotten when the hobby room turned into the bedroom.
