Additionai revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(201Z International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />l. The plans do not provide su�cient information to complete plan review. Provide the <br />following: <br />a. Foundation plan. <br />b. Building sections and details, attic access. <br />c. WA state energy code credits per table 406.2. <br />d. Framing plan(s) for all new construction. <br />e. Ventilation at attic and crawl space <br />2. Wood floor systems are required to have minimum 18" clear crawl space, or the entire <br />floor system (beam, joists, plywood) is required to be pressure treated. <br />3. Include front porch floor repairs, guardrail and handrail at front stairs in plans. <br />4.
