Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />(2012 International Building Code,) (2012 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2012 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested, along with a reduced set of plans no larger than 11" x 17". <br />1. The plans do not provide sufFicient information to perform a review for compliance with <br />the International Residential Code (IRC), WA State Energy Code (WSEC) and applicable <br />mechanical and ventilation requirements. <br />2. Provide section(s) and/ or detail(s) to show WSEC compliance in all conditioned spaces. <br />3. Show how furnace is provided with combustion air. <br />4. All habitable rooms shall have minimum area of 70 S.F. with no dimension less than 7'- <br />0". <br />5. Label the use of all spaces. Indicate finished or unfinished. <br />6. Define thermal envelope. <br />7.
