The event will <br /> provide crime prevention and safety information in the northwest corner of the Everett Mall <br /> parking lot. It is scheduled to begin at 4 PM. <br /> The Everett Mall requires that a Release of Liability statement be signed by the City of Everett <br /> prior to the August 5, 2003 National Night Out event on their property. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Mayor to sign Hold Harmless Agreement allowing the <br /> National Night Out event to be held at the Everett Mall August 5, 2003. <br /> 36 <br />
