The moving of heavy parts up and down the stairs <br /> is an unsafe practice for employees. The lift will improve employee safety and ergonomic issues. The <br /> project also includes modifications to the parts room area. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with CNJA Architects for the design of a <br /> new lift and office in Motor Vehicles' Building No. 2, in the amount of$ 8,800.00. <br /> 40 <br />
