The initial lease term is for 5 years. The rate is $900.00 per <br /> month for the site with an annual escalation of 5 %. The proposed lease agreement is a standard City <br /> lease, incorporating SERS as a third party, and includes a 120 day termination provision, hazardous <br /> materials language and other protective provisions. The standard lease agreement was prepared and <br /> reviewed by the Legal Department. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to execute a Lease Agreement with Cingular Interactive for space on an existing <br /> antenna tower at 3702 Tulalip Avenue. <br /> 80 <br />
