The next step is to begin design of <br /> Schedule A, the first of a 4-phase expansion plan. The proposed Professional Service Agreement includes <br /> the design and construction assistance for the Schedule A expansion. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with Brown <br /> & Caldwell for the design and construction support of the Schedule A expansion at the Everett Waste <br /> Pollution Control Facility in the amount of$2,444,532. <br /> 4 <br />
