Related actions will be: (1) a rezone of the property <br /> to change the uses and building heights, under conditions set forth in a Development Agreement, <br /> (2) an amendment to the Shoreline Master Program to allow non-water dependent and non-water <br /> related uses inside the 200 foot Shoreline jurisdiction zone. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Adopt the attached Ordinance <br /> amending the Comprehensive Plan map designation relating to the Port of Everett North Marina <br /> Project, amending Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 2021-94, as amended. <br /> Is <br />
