Thank you for providing an overall plan of the building; <br /> however, the building plans submitted indicate a different scope of work than what is proposed for this <br /> tenant space. <br /> General <br /> 1. Please remove all references to a previously submitted permit application that was closed. <br /> Drawings should show current occupancy and scope of work for this permit application only. <br /> j 2. Drawings not prepared by or under the supervision by the licensed architect who stamped on <br /> the drawings are considered unlawful, per RCW 18.08.310 (1) and RCW 18.08.460 (1). <br /> 3. Previous comment; Future and current tenant areas should be shown on the drawings. <br /> a. Drawings for areas for future tenants should show current layout of walls and doors, not <br /> proposed revisions. Based on the site visit on 4/28, new and demolition work is being <br /> shown in the other tenant areas that are not in this scope of work. <br /> 4. Previous comment; Please indicate new work(or work that was not inspected or approved) <br /> for this tenant improvement on/y. This includes ceilings, wall sections, doors, and any other <br /> revision where a building permit is required, per IBC section 105.1. <br /> a.
