The department has looked at the photo's and we feel this building is no longer our jurisdiction for inspec#ions of the proposed TI scope of work. The reason for this determination is that the unit has been installed in the same location for a number of years and L&I FAS does not normally have jurisdiction over existing modular buildings on site with a few exceptions. We therefore recommend you contact your local Building Official to obtain permits through their o�ce for the proposed alterations to the building. I am including a sectian of WAC 296-150� which give the local BO the a�rthonty to perform these inspections even thought this building is not a moved building it is the department opinion the section applies.
