Chapter 5.84 MOBILE FOOL) 1 TNITS Page 3 of 3 <br /> If a mobile food unit is licensed by the city as a mobile food unit as of September 15, 2003, and is <br /> licensed for a location that does not comply with the two-hundred-fifty-foot separation requirement <br /> from restaurants, cafes and eating establishments, then notwithstanding the two-hundred-fifty-foot <br /> separation requirement, the mobile food unit is authorized to remain at the licensed location for the <br /> balance of the 2003 licensing period provided the mobile food unit is in compliance with all other <br /> applicable regulations, but will be required to comply with the two-hundred-fifty-foot separation <br /> requirement for any subsequent licensing period.
