Each address was contacted twice, once on Saturday <br /> August 23`'and a second contact was made on Thursday August 28th. In the event no personal <br /> contact for signing was made, a bright yellow flyer was rubber banded to the doorknob. In the <br /> process of gathering the signatures we were able to write down all the addresses that maybe <br /> effected.
