King County Metro hosts the central information <br /> server and each partner is responsible for providing updates through its local server. The current regional <br /> partners using ATIS are: King County Metro, Community Transit and Pierce Transit. In order to be a full <br /> partner Everett Transit must have its own Software License Agreement with Trapeze for the ATIS software. <br /> Trapeze has been determined to be the sole source provider for the required trip planning software. The <br /> project is funded by a federal grant for customer information and amenities with the local match provided by <br /> Sound Transit. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Software License Agreement with Trapeze <br /> Software Group Inc. <br /> Rih/AU101503/TrapezeATlS 3 7 <br />
