King County Metro hosts the central information <br /> server and each partner is responsible for providing updates through its local server. The current regional <br /> partners using ATIS are: King County Metro, Community Transit and Pierce Transit. In order to be a full <br /> partner, Everett Transit must have its own Software License Agreement with Trapeze for the ATIS software. <br /> Trapeze has been determined to be the sole source provider for the required trip planning software. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Adopt sole source resolution for the purchase of <br /> automated trip planning software from Trapeze Software Group, Inc. <br /> 47 <br /> rlh/agendaitem/dept <br />
