1) The Sound Transit Board of Directors request its staff to develop an <br /> estimated lower cost to implement a light rail starter line to operate <br /> between Everett Station and Everett Community College along the <br /> Broadway corridor while maintaining the starter line's public transit <br /> benefits. <br /> 2) The Sound Transit Board of Directors request its staff to develop an <br /> estimated lower cost to implement BAT lanes SR 99 to Everett while <br /> maintaining the project's public transit benefits. <br /> 3) The Sound Transit Board of Directors to request staff to further refine cost <br /> estimates for the projects at Mariner Park & Ride. <br /> 4) The Sound Transit Board of Directors request its staff to determine if the <br /> remaining Snohomish Subarea candidate projects can be reduced in their <br /> estimated cost to develop while maintaining their public transit benefits. <br /> 5) Sound Transit present the results of its analysis, with particular emphasis <br /> on the candidate starter light rail line (N1), the BAT lanes SR 99 to Everett <br /> (N11) and Mariner Park & Ride projects (N8, N15), to the Everett City <br /> Council at least one month prior to further refinement of the Snohomish <br /> Subarea candidate list by the Sound Transit Board of Directors.
